Answers:
You can add a little bit of extra applesause, a tablespoon of REAL mayo (not salad dressing), or a little milk!. Do not add vegetable oil, that will not help you here!.
also, when a recipie calls for an egg, it usually refers to a large egg!. If your are extra large, you will be fine with one!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on what your baking, but if you have any mayo i the house, you can use an egg sized blob of real mayonnaise!. I have, with great success, in most baking!.

i dont think you can, but you could try cutting the recipe in half and makeing smaller portions, or trying vegetable oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You didn't say what your recipe is for!. You can "stretch" your egg by adding a little milk or water to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a few things you can try!. Take a look at this: http://www!.vegcooking!.com/vegcooking-egg!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
