Sushi is less than $7 a roll, usually!. Panera is good for a 1/2 sandwich & 1/2 salad combo!. Or a panini or sub from a local Italian restaurant is good!. Or if you're in the South or Midwest where Italian restaurants aren't common, Mexican from a mom and pop place is usually good and cheap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always get there baked french onion soup in a sourdough bread bowl or broccoli cheddar!! yum!! also there salads are very delicious! and bagels (especially cinnamon crunch) and there Sierra Turkey sandwich is to die for!.

If you're making something to eat at home, I'd suggest notchos!. If ordering out, I'd suggest the $5!.00 footlong at Subway, or a couple of those totally awesome Volcano Tacos from Taco Bell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
