Pizza dough left overnight smells like alcohol, HELP!?!
Well i know all about yeast and fermentation and etc, i just want to know if i can use this dough still!. It was made in a bread machine and i forgot to put it in the fridge overnight, i took it out this morning and it reeked!. Ive now put it in the fridge, can i still use it, and if so, what should it feel like to be useable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is perfectly normal, Since it's only about a day old it's fine to use!. when you cook the dough all the alcohol will evaporate anyway!! No worries, bake on!Www@FoodAQ@Com
