Answers:
you could do any of those things!. saute in olive oil sounds good!. i always add a little garlic power and salt and pepper!.
you could even boil them with a couple of bullion cubes, if you want something a little easier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can put them in a microwave safe bowl with some water and cover with saran wrap and microwave until they are tender than drain the water and add some of your favorite seasoning!. But I always like them with some salt, 2 t lemon juice, 1 t garlic powder or a clove or two of real garlic, and some soy sauce it tastes so good like this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Italian Vegetable Medley
1 bag frozen Italian vegetables, steamed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
? cup Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper
Toss all together while vegetables are still warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We like to saute them with a litle butter and olive oil, seasoned salt, and a sprinkle of rosemary!.
