What is a yummy no-bake pumpkin dessert that can be adapted for 50 people?!

29 oz canned pumpkin
16 oz whipped topping
2 3 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
2 tsp cinnamon
2 8 oz boxes cream cheese
2 cups sugar
16 oz whipped topping
16 oz (approx) ginger snap cookies
Pecans (if desired)
In first bowl, mix canned pumpkin, whipped topping, instant pudding mix and cinnamon until well blended and set aside!. In second bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar, then fold in the whipped topping!. Layer the ginger snaps, cream cheese mixture and pumpkin mixture in a glass serving (trifle) bowl!. Sprinkle top with pecans if desired!.
This is a very pretty fall dessert!.

For one round pie do it this way, for one rectangular pie (a 13x9 baking dish) then double this!. One rectanugalr pie would make about 12 servings, and round would be about 8!.
Either use a premade grahm cracker crust Or you can use sugar cookies, pecan sandies but my recomendation would be Ginger Snaps, to really compliment the pie!.
I like to bake my crumb crusts for about 15-20 minutes at 350!.
For the filling:
1 can pumpkin-you can also use pumpkin pie filling (with all the spices)
if using plain pumpkin add in some pumpkin pie spice or:
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Cream together with 1 pkg softened cream cheese and 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar!.
Gently fold in 1 small contianer whipped cream or 1/2 lg conatiner!.
Pour into pie shell and put in the fridge for about 1 hr min!. Top with more whipped cream!.
Give in an optional drizzle of caramle sauce!.
