Answers:
Wow, you can do so many things with these overcooked potatoes, I hope these ideas will help you!. Your glue like flavor comes from the natural starches being heated too much, that's all!. They might taste weird plain, but with some simple additions of seasonings and other items, you can make:
Potato Soup, Potato Pancakes, breakfast skillet potatoes, Potato Salad, add to an omelette, roasted vegetables, stew, roast, any baked protein dish (chicken, pork, beef, turkey) twice baked potatoes, filling for stuffed fish (add in some red onions, cheese, mayo, Old Bay, Garlic, S&P, lemon) Oven Roasted Potatoes, toss with some Evoo, Garlic, Onion, butter!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.heat at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes!.
The stickiness comes from the starch and they may be overcooked, but you don't have to waste them!. I hope these suggestions help you to enjoy your cooking dilemma, no worries my friend!

Make playdough!
Potato Playdough
1 - 1 1/2 cups flour
4 or 5 boiled potatoes
Peel, and discard peel!. Mash potatoes, use a potato masher to get a nice fine, even texture!. Combine 1 - 1 1/2 cups of flour to every 2 cups of mashed potatoand form a dough!. Your kids will love playing with this dough, just so they can eat the scrapes!. It has no raw egg in it, and leaving it out for a bit, there is nothing in it to spoil quickly!. The color will grey after a while, but if you add food coloring, when you make it, you won't even notice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try caramelizing an onion, adding some garlic also!. With some butter and cream they should taste good!. Or you can try cooking up some more potatoes and adding them to what you already have!. I don't understand why they taste like glue!. Well good luck to you anyway with the potatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
preheat a pan with a little bit of oil in the pan
grate the potatoes into a mixing bowl
add 1 egg per 250 grams of potato
flavour with salt pepper and any herbs you like (my preference being parsley and chives)
mix it all together
form them into patties/ pancakes about 200grams each
because the potato is already cooked you just want the potato to turn golden brown on the outside so it has a little bit of crunch to the bit
suitable to be served basically any savoury food, enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com
