yes why not there are no rules!.
I rub in olive oil and sprinkle salt on for a great crispy skin!.

you can also roast your potatos with their skin on if you dont want to have 1 large potato!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Am I the only English person here!? In the UK it's quite usual to have BOTH for Sunday lunch, I certainly wouldn't feel I'd had a stonking Sunday lunch without both and roast beef and Yorkshire pudding and three veg (carrots, broccoli and mashed swede for preference) and something stodgy with custard to follow!.

I have but somehow the jacket ' takes over ' the meal -( I know I could do smaller ones !) and I NEED roasties as well - not much room for the meat,2 veg and gravy !Www@FoodAQ@Com
