I like mexican food, but there are no mexican restaurants in our town!. Would like the book to include dips & salsas, meat and veggie dishes and breads!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rick Bayless is the American ambassador for authentic Mexican food!. He has written several books, and appears on PBS weekly!. Mexican Everyday has great but simple recipes!. If you are interested in his other books, you can search his site!. Mexico-One Plate At a Time is also really good!.

Most of the ingredients that cannot be found locally can be mail ordered, if you so desire!.

I also picked up a copy of Cooking With Baja Magic : Mouth-Watering Meals from the Enchanted Kitchens & Campfires of Baja!. It has exciting recipes from the Baja region with all of it's Mexican influences!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
