Eat lots of salad and fruits, buy whats on sale during the week, eat only what you need to and don't indulge!. Rice is also a good filler, however its high in carbs and doesn't not much nutritional value, but it's probably one of the cheapest meals out there!. Don't eat ramen, period!. Oatmeal is cheap and has lots of fiber depending on the kind you get!. Cold cut sandwiches are also a good cheap meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

one great suggestion is soy beans! most people are horrified at the sound of soy but they taste great!. you can buy them frozen at most grocery stores, boil them, salt them, and then store them in tupperware and eat them cold throughout the week as a snack!. not only are they easy to prepare, they're extremely good for you!.
