If all you have access to is an oven, then perhaps!. I would choose to broil, on high!. Thaw the ribs to room temperature, and place it on a baking pan!. Put in the middle of oven!. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness!. Check with a knife to make sure it's done!. This way the surface is seared to seal the moisture in, and the meat cooked fast enough to not lose more moisture in the process!. Wrapping it in foil may help it retain moisture, but the meat would not be seared enough for the added flavor, I'd think!.

I do believe using a charcoal grille is most righteous, in this case!. No sauce can give you the flavor from the grille, and charcoal is supreme!.

Add a dash of whiskey in the sauce!. The alcohol will be cooked off, and you'll be well surprised at the result!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just made this last night throw them in a shallow baking pan and cover lightly with foil bake at 350 till done!. I have found that putting sauce on first makes them kind of greasy especially cooking in the oven!. If you put them on the grill the outside will burn before the inside is cooked because of the sugar in the sauce!.

Next time cook the ribs first in a shallow baking pan(I use a 15 by 10) season, cover tightly with foil if you are using country style ribs cook for about an hour take them out and drain off the fat, put on sauce then put them back in oven uncovered for about thirty minutes!. They will be very tender!.

Using rack ribs will probably not take as long!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spareribs
1 med!. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz!.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
1/4 c!. vinegar
1 tbsp!. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c!. brown sugar
1/2 c!. pineapple juice

In saucepan combine all ingredients except meat!. Simmer 20 minutes!. Brown spareribs in large skillet (no flour)!. Add water!. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs!. Keep basting!. Simmer until done!.
Recipe for Grill: Grill ribs 4" from coals 30 minutes!. Baste ribs with BBQ sauce!. Cook 20 minutes longer!. Add sliced pineapple to grill last 5 minutes of cooking time!. Reheat rest of sauce!. Serve over pineapple topped ribs!. 4 servings!.

if you want the best ribs ever I will give you my personal recipe!. First remove the skin from the ribs because it makes them tough and does not taste good!.

Marinade them in coke the citric acids will tenderizer the meat also include steak spices lemon Worcestershire sauce and what ever you use for bbq sauce let is sit over night!.

In the morning boil the ribs for about 5-10 minutes on medium (depending on how many you have) in coke again (get the cheap stuff) the next step is mix equal parts peprika and onion power and rub the meat completely!.

Soak apple chips (apple wood) in watter for at least and hour about 2 hand fulls the make a foil pouch and put half soaked and half dry apple chips in it seal it closed then poke it a bunch with a fork so when it smokes the smoke can escape!. put the pouch on one side of your bbq and turn the opposite side on medium and let it sit till it smokes should only take about 5-10 minutes place your ribs over the smoking side and let them cook from anywhere from 45minutes to 1!.5 depending on your grill!.

Once they looked cook slather on more bbq sauce cook it just a bit so the sauce soaks in a little and you have the best ribs you have ever tasted and people will be very impressed!. My suggestion is to develop your own bbq sauce get some liquid smoke, ketchup and brown sugar as your base and play around with beer spices etc till you get one you love!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!. and place the ribs in a 9x13 inch baking dish!. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of the ribs has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C)!.
