Well you might be able to put a little bit more liquid into it (so they don't burn) and than cover it and let it cook for a couple of minutes and than try it to see if its done yet if not put the lid back on for a couple more minutes!. Next time to prevent this taste the noodles to make sure they are done and when you boil them put in a little oil in so they don't stick and stir them a couple times while they're cooking!. And if your using noodles that are long but a bit wider in size like a fettucini noodle I find that these stick to each other easily during the cooking process and then don't get cooked all the way through to prevent this make sure you keep a close eye on them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it's not too late but I understand your apprehension and worry!. You can put your pot back on low heat with the sauce and pasta, just add a little more liquid to help cook those noodles a bit more!. Milk or 1/2 and 1/2 would be best but if you don't have those, you can use water (not recommended because this will alter your Alfredo Sauce consistency and flavor) but you can always adjust those once your pasta is cooked to your liking!. But, with this experience, now you know to test a piece of pasta before you drain it, so it's not a total loss!. Believe me, we've all learned the hard way with so many cooking situations but if you learn from it, then you're doing GREAT! Hope this helps you to enjoy your dinner today!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would try simmering them in the sauce!. It will make the noodles continue to cook a bit!. I learned the hard way that you need to TASTE the pasta after you cook it to prevent this kind of mishap!. Do it while the water is till in the pot and you can continue cooking them if you need to!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you add some more sauce and microwave them, it might work!. you'd need a lot, though!. so much that you might as well just start over!.
steaming the noodles would take you all day and it might mess up the sauce!.
sorry, but it think its too late!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It really depends on how hard the noodles are!. You might consider adding a bit of water, say 1/4 cup, covering, and microwaving for a minute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

add a small amount of water and then heat in a covered pot stir occasionally until the right consistency!. Repeat if not correctWww@FoodAQ@Com
