ok im on detox and these are the foods that i am allowed to eat!.!.!. can anyone think of a good tasty recipe using the foods listed!?

Are you allowed to use dill!? If so then youcould mix some dill with the yogurt along with the spinach and garlic and black pepper and make a nice dip for carrots and celery (and rye bread!.
You could boil the cardamom and cinnamon and ginger together, mix in the soy milk add lemon and honey to taste and have a nice chai latte!.
you could boil up the brown rice with carrots, celery, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and carrot juice, spoon the mixture into boiled cabbage leaves, top with more lemon zest and carrot juice and pop it in the oven for stuffed cabbage rolls!.

2 cups lentils
4 cups water
8 cups vegetable broth
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 carrots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 can (14-ounce size) diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Stir together all ingredients in a crock pot!. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours!.

If you don't have a crock pot, you can do this on the stove top and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on low to medium heat!.

with the oatmeal carrot juice banana and honey and yogurt a nice smoothy is right there!. always have a stir fry with the rice and vegies and a variety of spices!. Lentils can be put into soup with the leafy vegies water and safron peper garlic!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
