You are smart to eat breakfast so many young people skip it and no wonder they can't think at school!.!.!.!.I love your Cherrios too!.!.but to be truthful something like Oatmeal or other hot cereal with fruit would be a lot better for you now that it's colder but what it does is stick to your ribs and lasts longer than other breakfast foods!. I cooked some apples with brown sugar and cinnamon to top the oatmeal along with milk and it was so good I could have eaten 2 bowls of it!. Along with some buttered toast it was a great kind of food to give me energy in the morning when I need it the most!. I don't care for the instant type I like the quick cooking oatmeal it only takes a few minutes and tastes so much better!. At health food stores they carry a nice variety of hot cereals that are packed with more nutrition and less junk!. When I go to Walmart I look for dried fruit like prunes, raisins, peaches, pears, etc!. these are great to top the oatmeal too!.

High fiber and minimal processing is what you'd want to stay full and not sleepy in the morning!.
You are 15, so you probably require a whole lot more food than you think you do!. Loading up on milk and cereal might be the wrong way to go, because you're filling up on a lot of liquid, and not much substance!.
A whole bunch of fruit can be quite healthy, but I wouldn't bet that it's enough to fill you up for any prolonged period of time!.
It might not exactly be your kind of breakfast, but oatmeal is quite filling and lasts with you for quite a while!. Eat oatmeal with maple sugar, or condensed milk!.
I think though, for a lot of energy and to stay full, a protein based breakfast is best!. Proteins take a long time to digest, so cheeses, meats, and eggs are quite good as well!. A few slices of cheese with a hard-boiled egg and some slices of cold meats and rye bread is a classic European-style breakfast!. It should keep you filled up for quite awhile too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

what you have sounds pretty good, I don't know why you are feeling tired right away!. Maybe add a banana as your fruit, and try drinking something like orange juice!. If you eat eggs, try having one - prepared any way that you like!. Cheese on whole-wheat toast will also fill you up and give you good energy and fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cereal - something like porridge or wheat biscuits with milk and fruit!. A plate of cereal is quick and easy and will keep you fuller for longer!. But don't buy the highly coloured, sugary varieties!. A plate of muesli, with yoghurt and fruit is another good choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Like most people have said, oatmeal is great!. Get the instant kind with the different flavors!. I like the maple sugar and apples n cinnamon is tasty!. All you have to do is add water or milk and microwave it for about a minute and a half!. Then eat it with a side of fruit or yougart!. Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Oatmeal with a variety of fruit in it or along with it!.There are also many new multi~grain hot cereals now that are pretty hardy!. Yogurt, with granola!. Make some hard boiled eggs up to keep in the refrigerator you can eat quickly!.
