My chocolate chip blondies looks more like a cake than brownies which is the texture it should have. Help!?!
I made it once before and their texture was more like brownies and not like a cake which is what happened today!. What did I do wrong!? Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Next time you can either use a larger pan and make them thinner which will make them a little chewier - or - you can reduce your eggs by 1 in your mixture which should accomplish the same thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The person before mr gave you good advice!.!.!. also, don't over beat your batter!. It should look a little lumpy, just mix it enough to blend the wet and dry ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
