Have you ever cooked your pasta "al dente"!. Then throw it in frying pan with butter or olive oil, salt and pepper!. Stir around!. Tasty!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Creamy Pasta Primavera

4 ounces spaghetti
1/3 cup butter, divided
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced red bell peppers
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain!.

In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup of the butter!. Saute green onions, green peppers, red peppers and mushrooms!. Add cream cheese and milk and stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted!. Stir in parmesan cheese!. Toss spaghetti with remaining butter!. Combine with cream cheese mixture; toss lightly!.

If you have ground beef frozen, or even chicken fillets, they are really easy to brown in the skillet frozen!. They cook as they thaw in about the same time as cooking from a fresh state!. But I digress!.!.!.

We love pasta tossed w/ pesto and maybe a splash of cream in there, too!. A littel of the pasta boiling water thins it out while providing texture, too!. Just toss hot pasta w/ a couple Tbsp of basil pesto (or sundried tomato pesto), maybe some fresh minced garlic, a ladle-full of pasta cooking liquid, and maybe a couple Tbsp of cream!. Stir well, taste for salt, and if needed, use grated parmesan cheese instead for more flavor than salt alone can give!. Easy, and great to add grilled chicken to as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make a good tomatoe sauce without meat too!

Red clam sauce is good! I add baby shrimp to my clam sauce!

My mom frys up peppers, onions, garlic and squash and adds tomatoes or can of tomatoes and then just throws over any pasta! It is real good!

Pasta alfredo sauce is good with broccolli!

Just oil and butter over pasta is good too!

you can add anything to pasta and it will be good!
