Question: Are these rolls http://www!.cooks!.com/rec/view/… !?
Answers:
It depends on what diet you are on for what health reasons!. If you are a diabetic, the whole wheat is better than white flour but both are simple carbs which digest quickly and raise blood sugar!.

If you are on a low-fat/low-cholesterol diet, it sounds like too much fat (3/4 cup oil in the whole recipe) and the 2 eggs can be changed out for 4 egg whites!. But, if the oil quantity is brought down and the whites used, it would be healthy for a low-fat/low-cholesterol diet!.

The recipe sounds awfully heavy to me!. Most of my whole wheat bread recipes call for some white flour because it would be like cardboard without it!.

If you don't have any diet restrictions, the whole wheat is better than white flour but if it doesn't taste good (will be sweet because of the amount of honey in the recipe) and has the texture of cardboard - you won't eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They sound nice, might give that a go!. Yes the bread will be sweeter but with wholemeal flour the honey will give it a lift!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it looks like you can make them into loaves or rolls!. with any bread dough recipe you can make them loaves or rolls of any size or shapeWww@FoodAQ@Com

From wat it sounds like they are rolls but they might be a little sweet with all the honey and sugar in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
