Question: Refrigerate or keep rotisserie chicken warm!?
If you buy a rotisserie chicken that is cooked and ready to go but won't use it for several hours is it better to stick in the fridge and reheat or just try to keep it warm!? also what is the best way to reheat or keep it warm!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

put it in the fridge!
keeping it warm will dry it out and bacteria will start to grow!.
When its time to prepare dinner: Preheat oven to 400°F!. Lightly coat 13" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray!.
Place chicken on prepared pan!. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until heated through!.

If you keep it warm it will dry out
chill til ready to use then reheat in 350 oven covered in foil for about 15 maybe 20 min in a pan that has about 1/4 cup chicken broth or water just enough to cover the bottom of the pan
you can use the liquid as a base for pan gravy when your done Www@FoodAQ@Com

noo always put it in a cold fridge or you will end up very very sick!.!. it takes about a half hour for bacteria to grow on food in the fridge love!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
