Answers:
Veggies you need!. Slice/dice them:
Broccoli, Sugar Snap Peas, Red Bell pepper

Then, boil them in water for 3-5 minutes & drain!.

Sauce!. Heat until peanut butter is melted and ingredients are combined over medium heat!. Then turn to low!.:
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 T turmeric
1 T red curry paste (in the Thai section of your grocery)
1 tsp!. brown sugar
1 spoonful of chopped garlic

Shirmp!. Shell and de-vein the shrimp and pull off the tails!. Add your shrimp to the sauce and cook for 8-10 mins!. Add veggies to the sauce too!. Stir to combine!.

Serve over rice noodles!

Serve this shrimp curry with hot cooked rice and a salad for a complete meal!.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 pounds uncooked shrimps in shells
Salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons curry powder
1 cup pineapple juice
Pepper and paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 celery rib, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
hot cooked rice


Preparation:
Cook shrimp in boiling salted water to cover just until they turn pink!. Drain, reserving 3 cups liquid!. Remove shells from shrimp and devein!. Heat butter or margarine in heavy skillet until it begins to bubble!. Lightly brown onion and garlic in the butter; remove!. Fry curry powder in the butter until deep brown!. Add the 3 cups of reserved shrimp liquid, pineapple juice, seasonings, and sliced vegetables!. Mix cornstarch with a little water until smooth!. Add to mixture!.
Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally!. Add shrimp and heat through!. Stir in lemon juice!.
Serve with hot cooked rice!.

Shrimp curry recipe serves 4 to 6!.

You should definitely try making laksa, which is curry soup with prawns (a Malaysian dish)!.

Other than rice noodles and shrimp, you would need:

coconut cream/milk
shallots
ginger
chili
garlic
lime juice
fish sauce
chicken broth or veggie broth
bean sprouts
fish meatballs
fried tofu
etc!.

I'm not a fan of curry, but I use shrimp and rice noodles to make this dish called "pad woon sen" - and yes it's Thai and I know it's with chicken breast, but I substitute shrimp for the chicken!.

saute your shrimp with butter, shredded coconut or coconut milk, curry and cinnamon!.

cook you rice noodles and season lightly with curry (if you want you could added cooked green beans)

serve shrimp and sauce on top of noodles
