I'd like to prepare some oysters one day, and I was wondering...?!
If anyone had a recipe they'd like to share with me, preferably done on the stove top if that is possible!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'll need about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of good cooking oil such as Safflower or Peanut oil!. Heat it to 350°F!. or until it shimmers or you can pinch off a piece of sandwich bread and drop it into the hot fat and if it sputters and begins to spin around the temperature is about right!. Then add your drained, and breaded in cornmeal oysters to the skillet of oil and fry briefly, about a minute or less for soft fried oysters!. Don't crowd the oysters; they cook really quick and fast!. Don't over cook them or they will be tough!. When I eat them in a restaurant, I always specify that they be "Soft-Fried!."

Pan fried oysters!. Flour the oysters in flour mixed with salt and pepper!. Fry in a pan with olive oil or vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides!. Serve with a pesto aioli sauce (mayo mixed with pesto sauce)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
