I need help making pizza bread.?!
I like to make my own pizzas, but the bread's always too doughy( I use pillsbury!.)!. Any brand or recipes i can use to make dough that's not too hard or soft!. BTW a good example of what i want the dough to be like is domino'sWww@FoodAQ@Com

Trust me & do this by hand ok!.!.!.!.
Take 3/4 cups of plain or self rasing flour !.!.!.!.bread flour is a little heavier!.
add a generous splash of olive oil!.!.!.
a good pinch of salt & sugar!.!.!.
add 1 sachet of dried yeast & half a pint of warm water!.!.!.
Literally fold this all in by hand until it will come together as a dough,if you need to add liquid just a trickle of water at a time !.!.!.
let this rest covered for an hour or longer np!.
if you like a sweeter dough try adding a drizzle of honey rather than sugar to the mix!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its not dough but something i love and that my kids love it taking italian subs, cutting them in half and basically make them like a pizza ( sauce, cheese and whatever toppings you like)
ive made these for years now and have used them in parties!.!.it was always a hit and none were ever left over!.
