Answers:
Use a healthy oil (olive oil) and lemon instead of mayo!. Yummy!

Use fat-free mayo and then add lots of chopped celery, pepper or other spices that you like!.

BBQ fresh tuna steaks !.!.!. just brush with olive oil and sprinkle with a little garlic powder, oregano and pepper !.!.!.!.!.

If you're talking about canned tuna, then only use the water-packed white tuna chunks!. You can mix it with low-fat mayonnaise or sour cream, a little Dijon mustard, a little horseradish and sea / Kosher salt, pepper and some herbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy only tuna in water!. Rinse it before you use it to wash off some of the excess salt!. Drain and then flake it into a green salad!.

1 can of Tuna
Chopped onion to taste!.!.
1 tablespoon Relish or more to taste
Pinch of salt and pepper

Mix together!.!. add Fat Free Ranch dressing or Low Fat Ranch dressing to it to get a dressing!.!. very good and low fat!.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I hate mayo!. I mix a little italian dressing and hot chili sauce into mine!. Its very good and not adding much fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
