Question: Does anyone have cooking ideas for left over chicken!?
i need to make dinner FAST!. i don't want barbique sandwhiches!. creamed chicken and on toast, or anything involving cheese and tortillas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make a pasta with it!.

Penne or ziti works best

Saute garlic in 1/4 cup olive oil and add (whatever you have of the following)

Sliced sundried tomatoes
Sliced jarred marinated artichokes
capers
good black olives
chopped up chicken

Add a little lemon juice and 1/4 cup stock (cube is ok)

Pour over pasta (sauce should be a little loose)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil up some pasta, like Penne or Bow Tie and add your chicken with some steamed broccoli and red or yellow pepper!. For your sauce, just simply take Olive oil, garlic and basil mixed and heated together!. Pour over your pasta and mix with some Parmesan cheese! It's super easy, cheap and GOOD! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

fry a few pieces of bacon, cube the chicken, crumble the bacon over the chicken, melt cheese on it and serve it with mash potatos and green beans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make chicken spaghetti!. Use your chicken, a can of cream of chicken or other cream soup, broccoli and heat through!. Serve over the cooked spaghetti!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stir fry it with some veggies or make chicken pasta alfredo with some peas!. You could also make an awesome salad and a slice of toasted garlic bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
