Baked whole Camembert, do you add anything to it?!

Question: Baked whole Camembert, do you add anything to it!?
Answers:
I'd go with rosemary sprigs and a few thyme leaves (either a few pushed in or a bed of herbage underneath, depending on how strong you want the flavour), and a sprinkling of big sea salt crystals/flakes on top!.

Then just bake in the box - providing it's a wooden box and you've removed any wax paper, of course!. Failing that, a pyrex or terracotta dish (recycled tapas dishes or similar) would do nicely!.

Serve with crusty french loaf - either hot from the oven or toasted slices - and a side salad, and maybe some red onion jam, see linky below!.

Membrillo (spanish quince jam, normally eaten with Manchego cheese) would also be nice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope, you just take it out the wrapper, soak the wooden box in water so it doesn't burn in the oven and wack it in there - about 180'C for 10ish minutes!.
So delicious and you can put anything with it -crudites, crostini, preserves and salsa's!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can push springs of rosemary and small bits of garlic into the cheese before baking!. Bake it in it's own box (without the paper and wet the box first)!.Then serve with cranberry sauce of other fruit chutney and some mixed salad leaves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cloudberry jam is delish with baked camembert but hard to find outside Scandinavia!.!.!.Here in the US, I would have maybe blackberry jam and whipped cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
