Question: I need a recipe for this divali sweet, but i dont know what its called!?
It has grated coconut and sugar filling and shell is made of plain flour!. Help please!!

u can make ghujia!.!.!.In a pan take 2 cups of water and 1 1/2 cup of maida!.!.!.bring to boil the water and add salt and 1 tbsp of sugar!.!.!.then add maida gradually!.!.!.then make thick paste and take it out from the pan to a grised plate and keep it for cool!.!.!.then in a non-stick pan add coconut scrap and fry rill it changes colour over mid!. heat!.!.and then add cardamom powder and sugar or gud!.!.hen fry for another few min!.!.!.or until sugar is fully dissolve!.!.!.then keep it aside!.!.
when maida mixture is completely cool!.!.!.then add some oil to it and start kneading like dough!.!.!.u can add more oil if needed!.!.take a portion in ur hand and make small puris and stuff the coconut mixture and close it by using fork!.!.!.just press it down the border od gujia!.!.!.then deep fry it!.!.!.



the same thing u can do with sooji!.!.!.instead of flour add suji but u have see the amt of water!.!.!.
