How much ingrediant do i need for potato bar ?!
Can some one pls tell me how much (quantity) below ingredients for 140 people!.

bacon bits
chives
cheddar cheese

My guestimate would be the following:
Sour cream- 2 ozs!. x 140 = 280 ozs!.
Bits- 1 oz x 140 = 140 oz!.
Chives- At the most, 4 pounds
Cheese- 2 ozs!. x 140 = 280 ozs!.
You can use this as a rule of thumb, but order extra just in case you have guests that really like to pile on the "works!."
If by chance you have leftovers, make baked potato soup!. You could always freeze it if you need to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
