you could always do tacos or burritosWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can make flautas (a!.k!.a!. taquitos, depending on where you live)

you need:
corn tortillas
the shredded beef
lettuce
tomatoes
sour cream
salsa
avocado
cheese
etc!.

1!. Cook the corn tortillas very briefly in oil to soften them up
2!. Roll the beef and cheese in the tortillas and line them up in a pan
3!. Sprinkle them on top with cheese
4!. Bake for about 15 minutes at 400 (check them, you may have to adjust the time)
5!. Serve with the above toppings, or whatever you like!.

We usually line them up on the plate, and then put all the toppings right on top, but you can dip them too!
This is one of my favorite things to eat, great with shredded chicken, too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
