Question: How long will a pumpkin pie last in the freezer!?
Extra for Thanksgiving and I need to make as much in advance as possible & freeze when I have assistance in the kitchen!. I can do potatoes, brown & serve rolls, stuffing and cranberry sauce up to a month ahead!. Never tried freezing a pie before and am hoping both the apple and pumpkin pies freezeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can freeze pumpkin, apple or fruit pies up to 3-4 mths for good flavor-- baked or unbaked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the pumpkin will become a soggy mess 'The bottom crust of the apple will turn gooey
your going to have assistance !!! have them bring the pie

there is no reason you can't do the entire meal starting the day before to gather your supplies rather than a month
just get up a 3 AM thanksgiving day (what day is that going to be 27th 28th 29th!?!?)
all the other stuff you mention is stove top work
other dishes like candied yams can cook in the oven with the turkey Green bean casserole can be done in the M/W same the buns Just remember to make a list and schedule
and have several timers and post-it-notes to remind you

i would imagine they will last quite awhile, if they're frozen they're frozen and will last as long as any other food that's frozen!. if you run out of room in your freezer you can send me any extras, you sound like a good cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

underbake it a bit, let cool completely, wrap in plastic wrap then foil, sealing well!. It will keep fine from now until TG, probably Cmas, too!. Let thaw at room temp and finish baking, 325-350oF for about 30 min!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you made the pies today, I can assure you they would be in perfect condition to serve on Thanksgiving day!.!.!. and probably even Christmas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
