This site is full of them!. Simple and easy, and frugal all the way around!. Scroll down on the home page for links to cheap meal plans and menus, w/ recipes!.

I enjoy her crock pot recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Look at

www!.allrecipes!.com

There is a search engine where you can enter the ingredients that you DO have and it will show you recipes that require that!. also it is just a site where random people put their favorite recipes so I am sure you can find whatever it is you are looking for on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy whole chickens!. You can bake them whole, cut them up and prepare that way, use the bones for stock, use the leftover chicken for chicken salad, casseroles, sandwiches, salads, soup, pastas!. I've just started doing this!. I bought a whole chicken for five bucks and we've literally made four meals off of it!. The possibilities end with your imagination (I find recipezaar!.com and cooks!.com very helpful too)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pretty much anything w/o meat is going to be very cheap- here are some ideas-
1!. Alfredo w/ pasta and veggies if you have them!.
2!. Frittata
3!. Vegetable soup
4!. cream of spinach soup
5!. Broccoli and cheese soup
6!. Salads- try spinach & strawberry salad- allrecipes has a great recipe for that!.
7!.Bean soup- again look on allrecipes!.com
8!. Homemade baked beans- can put in crockpot all day
9!. Tomato pie
10!. Zucchini casserole
11!. Spinach lasagna
12!. Quiche
13!. Quesdillas
14!. Bean buritos
15!. the classic spagetti
16!. Cheese pizza
17!. Homemade mac and cheese (buy cheese in bulk, stick in freezer)
18!. French onion soup
19!. Paninis
20!. Fried rice and soup

Hope this helps!. Remember always buy in bulk w/ meat, cheeses and non-parishables!. Buy veggies on sale for that time of year!. Meat packages are great or you can do what we do, we buy a cow to get butchered and split it between two other families, saves us a ton of money! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ya got a crock pot!? One of my favorites is baby back ribs!. Cut into serving sizes, pour in some BBQ sauce and cook on low 8-10 hrs!.
I know you said CHEAP!. Hamburgers might cost $2 and ribs might cost $4!. That's still cheap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
