Question: Does anyone have any wild game cookbooks!?
Which are your favorites!? Hopefully including lots of deer, turkey, and fish recipes!.!.!.

My favorite book Is the Encyclopedia of Country Living by Carla Emery!. She tells you how to do everyting in this book!. I got this for my father and he has had to get another copy because he read his so much the binding broke!. Carla, passed away sometime ago, but she was excellent at sustainable living, showing people how to work with home grown food and wild game!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have 2 by Chef John Folse - After The Hunt & Encyclopedia of Cajun & Creole Cuisine!. After The Hunt is a very big book that costs about $70!.00 but it is amazing!. You'd have to see it!. Encyclopedia of Cajun & Creole Cuisine is one I use all the time!. I'm glad to see that I can still order it, mine's all torn up!. I think it is about $30!.00!. I have 2 cookbooks by Tony Chachere - Cajun Country Cookbook & Louisiana's Original Creole Seafood Recipes!. They both feature seafood & wild game!. Chef John Folse is a very popular chef here in Louisiana & Tony Chachere's products are sold everywhere around here!.

"The White Trash Cookbook" is amazing- it has tons of game recipes, any sort you could probably imagine and several great simple recipes for each!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
