Answers:
you can use cooked shrimp if you want, although I normally use uncooked and boil them in water with lime juice and lots of garlic!. However I drain them when they are done anyway so already cooked should be fine!.

1/2 a bottle of V8 juice
1/2 cup ketchup
5 or 6 shakes Tapatio hot sauce
juice of a lime
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 bunch chopped cilantro
3 avacados cubed
1 lg tomato cubed
pinch of salt

mix everything together and chill!. Eat with chips or saltine crackers

I have a caribbean shrip cocktail and it is very delicious!.
Take shrimp precooked!. Take onion in thin slices (put them for one minute to boiling water to take out the spice taste)!.
Then make a sauce with, ketchup, orange juice, lime juice, some cointreu or cognac (to taste), Salt, Pepper and hot sauce (to taste), Add a couple of drops of worcestshire sauce, a pich of cummin if like, and plenty of finely chopped parsley!. Mix sauce with shrimps!. Keep it cold (at least for 30 minutes, better for a couple of hours) until serve!. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I work in a mexican restaurant!.!. this is what they do (I know it sounds funny)!.

Cook and peel the shrimp!.

Combine diced avocado, pico de gallo, fresh squeezed lemon & lime , "Tapatio" brand hot sauce, and of all things!.!.!. some ketchup!.

It's truly delicious!.!. can be served cold, or makes a great hot thick "soup" too!. Fabulous for hangovers as well :) We serve it in a big thick Margarita type glass with the shrimp arranged all around the rim & cocktail inside!.

Delicious!.!. and easy!. (Just make sure you get a really good quality pico de gallo)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is what I found!.
