Answers:
It depends on where you're sending it and how you're sending it!. If you send it priority on a monday or tuesday and pack it well it should be fine!.

As for defrosting, I'd let it do that naturally!. Don't defrost it using the microwave or anything, just let it thaw!. No matter what you do, it won't be as good as when it's first made!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can mail it!. Although you didn't say from, where to where!.!.!. within the U!.S!. if you send it by Priority Mail it will get there within 1 to 3 days!. They will ask you if it is something perishable, and then stamp it as such!.
I freeze bread and bread products all of the time!. But I find that they are only good if you heat or toast them after thawing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you can!.Just as long as you put it in a air tight box, made of wood so it doesn't get crushed, sometimes you can even freeze-dry it but that's really expensive for only one loaf of bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no it will not taste good in the mail, do not do that!!!!!!!!!!! and #2, it will taste ok after the freezer, but not as good as it did b4
