Flapjacks? ?!
Is it possible to make flapjacks using oats so simple!? I wanted to make some but i have no plain oats, only oats so simple, can i do it!? and if so does anyone know any recipes!?

FLAP JACKS
6 tbsp!. butter, softened
2 tbsp!. soft brown sugar
1/8 tsp!. salt
1/4 tsp!. ground ginger
3 tbsp!. corn syrup
1 tbsp!. honey
1 1/2 c!. rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375 degrees!. Grease a 8 inch square baking pan!. Cream the butter and the sugar together with a wooden spoon!. Add the salt, ginger, syrup and honey!. Beat until smooth and creamy!. Stir in the rolled oats!. Press the mixture into the tin, smoothing it down with the back of a knife!.
Bake in the center of oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and firm to touch!. Cut the flap jacks into squares and let them cool in the pan for 1 hour before serving!.
