How can I keep brown sugar from hardening?!
I will be making tons of cookies and treats for the upcoming holidays and I have noticed that my brown sugar becomes hard and lumpy!. i even keep it in a tupperware container!. Is there anything I can do!? Any help would be appreciated!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Place a barely damp paper towel in your tupperware container with the brown sugar!. This solution also works as a "cure" for when your sugar has gotten hard!. Leave it together overnight and the sugar will absorb the moisture!.

You can buy a special thing to put inside your container!. Make sure your container is air tight!. Or put a piece of bread in the container!. also if you need a quick fix you can pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I put my brown sugar in a quart sized Ziploc bag and squeeze all the air out and it will keep for a couple of months without getting hard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
