How to keep chocolate melted (Halloween treats..PLEASE help!!)?!
I'm trying to make these "ghost on broomstick" treats for my sons Halloween party tomorrow at daycare, but when I melt the chocolate it immediately starts drying up and hardening!. (I am melting it in a pot with some butter iside a seperate pot with water) Does anyone know how I can get it to stay melted long enough to make these things!?!?
Thanks!

No butter!
Make sure that you don't spill any water into your chocolate!. This will cause it to harden!.
Constant heat (gentle heat, no more than 45 celsius!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

te best way is to heat up a pan of water and sit the chocolate in a separate bowl inside the pan of hot water, this way the chocolate wont burn as the heat from the water is gentler than keeping it over a stove!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Keep it on LOW heat constantly!.
Make sure it doesn't burn, stir it every few minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
