Spaghetti is cheap and really easy!. I tend to make a big pot and freeze batches that my hubby and I have during busy weeks!.
Stir fry is also quick and cheap!. All you need is soy sauce, noodles and lots of veg!. You can add chicken as well!. also a very good healthy option!.
We also make a pasta dish thats made with a can of chopped tomatoes and bacon!. It takes 10 minutes and costs very little!. You can make all sorts of quick sauces from a can of tomatoes!. Just add some seasoning and you've got a great meal!.
Omlettes are also a good one!. Eggs are cheap and full of protein!. I also cube potatoes and fry them to serve with them!.
Homemade burgers are also really cheap!. All you need is the beef and some breadcrumbs!. They're way easy to make and a lot healthier than premade ones!. If you dont want beef, try ground turkey!.
Breakfast for dinner is always fun as well!. French toast doesn't cost a lot of money and is always a hit with kids!.
Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
