BAKED CRUNCHY TROUT
2 lbs!. trout fillets
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz!.) bottle creamy Italian dressing
2 1/2 c!. crushed potato chips
Lay trout fillets in the bottom of a buttered 3-quart baking dish!. Sprinkle with chopped onion!. Spread dressing over onion to cover fish!. Put crushed potato chips on top to cover completely!. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes!. Serves 4!.

Remove head and tail and make two or three slices to the bone in each side!.
Sprinkle with salt and some lemon juice!. Place on, a bed of lemon slices, (from the lemons you have squeezed for the juice) on a piece of tinfoil!.
Fold into a parcel and bake at 170C for about 15-20 minutes depending upon size!.

In skillet add olive oil, T of butter, sautee your green onions in it!. On top of that add chopped fresh tomatoes to make a sauce!. once this has cooked down to a sauce add your trout and cover with the cooked veggies, cook for another 3 or 4 minutes and take the pan off burner and cover!. The fish will be tender and yummy!. Add salt and pepper!.

put in foil!. top with lemon juice, zest, butter salt pepper and little breadcrumbs seal foil pouch tight so no air excapes and place on baking sheet and bake it at 400 for 15 min
