Cranberry question...?!


Question: Cranberry question!.!.!.!?
I bought two bags of fresh cranberries and I decided to freeze one!.!.!. so I took them out and put them in the refrigerator and now they don't have that crunch to them anymore and the inside is no longer while and solid!.!.!. it is now red and juicy!. How could I not let this happen next time!? Are the nutrients any different now!? I really miss that crunch!. It's also not as bitter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nutrients are the same, low temperatures does this to them, like potatoes gets soft and sweet after storage in less than +4C!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes bieng aan exspert in the reptiles section people often ask if freezed mice are ok but they loose much of there nurtients and same goes for anything else in the freezer but its no a bad idea thell taste the same but the vitamins will be lower than what they wereWww@FoodAQ@Com
