My Shrimp Soup
Serves 4

4 packages of Top Ramen Shrimp flavored soups
1 lb of frozen shrimp
1 bunch of green onions, sliced
1 package of sliced mushrooms, any kind
1 box of vegetable broth
crushed red pepper
salt and pepper
rice wine vinegar
1 lemon sliced
sliced cabbage

Using doubled aluminum foil, make four packages to hold individual servings!. Place one serving of noodles in each package!. Top with a layer of mushrooms, lemon slices, frozen shrimp, green onion, and cabbage!. Pour enough broth over to cover and add a few dashes of rice wine vinegar, season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes!. Put packets over medium heat on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes!. Serve in bowls with egg rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grilled Shrimp Skewers
with Lemon Garlic Sauce

18 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, tails on
6 Bamboo skewers
1/2 cup butter
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
zest from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes,
prevents open ends from burning!.

Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, add garlic,
lemon juice and zest!. Simmer 5 minutes!. Stir
in salt, pepper & parsley!. Turn off heat!.

Thread 3 shrimp on each skewer, tails facing
in one direction, leave a little space between!. Brush
lemon butter sauce on side you will place face down
on grill!. Cook 3 minutes!. Brush sauce on side facing up,
turn with tongs, cook 3 minutes!. Remove from grill
brush again with butter sauce!.!.!.!.want the shrimp

Caramelized Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
GARLIC:
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
20 garlic cloves, peeled
Cooking spray

SHRIMP:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon butter
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
? cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups frozen loose-leaf spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
4 cups hot cooked linguine (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°!.
To prepare garlic, combine 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and garlic in a bowl!. Place garlic mixture on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray!. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally!.
To prepare shrimp, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat!. Add shrimp; sauté 3 minutes or until done!. Remove shrimp from pan!.
Melt butter in pan over medium heat!. Stir in half-and-half, broth, cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper!. Cook 1 minute or until cheese melts, stirring constantly!. Stir in shrimp and spinach; cook 1 minute!. Combine shrimp mixture, garlic mixture, and pasta in a large bowl; toss well!. Serve immediately!.
