Answers:
If you cook rice in a soup/sauce, like a rissotto, it swells up and volumizes into massive meals!.

you can put some meat, veges along with stock and flavours of your choice(tomato, soy, herbs etc), and small amount of rice turns into a meal for 4!

My mum used to make risotto when there's left over steamed rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mashed potatoes with gravy
Boiled or steamed vegetables!.
Egg salad sandwich - just boil the eggs, cut it up, mix with mayonnaise and chopped up celery, season with salt, black pepper (i also like to add cayene pepper and garlic powder) and use as filler in sandwich!.
Tuna - you can get canned tuna, chicken of the sea
Green bean casserole - mix green beans with a can of cream of mushroom soup and bake with cheese topping or french fried onion topping!.
Winter vegetable soup (my own recipe) - just boil slices of carrots, celery, parsnip, turnip, and chunks of butternut squash in water, season soup with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, some italian seasonings (oregano, thyme, rosemary mix)!. Soothing in winter and healthy!.
Boiled beets with cottage cheese!.

Making food from scratch is always cheaper in the long run when feeding families than buying processed food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

go organic free range chick eggs, salad, veggie burgers, and beans Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitely stay away from pre-packaged foods!. Try and buy things that are organic as well!. I buy whole chicken at the store and for my family of 5, it will give us to meals!. I usually just put it in a slow cooker (crock pot) all day and then remove the meat from the bones and make some mashed potatoes and gravy with it and a vegetable!. Then I use the other half for homemade chicken soup!. If you like ground beef, you can make spagetti with meatballs!. Stews and soups go a long way!. If you are looking for specific recipes, I would go onto the websites that others have mentioned to you- I have gone onto them as well and there are LOTS of ideas!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
