This is simply the best cake recipe EVER! It was from a pack of teabags, coz its "perfect" with a cuppa but it completely DELICIOUS! Its called Dreamy Dales Choc Cake (Yorkshire dales tea - see the link!?!?!?) but I would call it a variation on a choc cheese cake: here's the recipe:
Ingredients
225g plain choc
275ml DOUBLE cream
170g digestives
85g butter
raspberries, strawberries and choc shavings to decorate!.
1!.grease loose bottom tin aprox 7"!.
2!.melt butter +crush digestives until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs!. mix together well + line bottom of tin, pressing down well!. place in fridge to chill!.
2!. whip double cream until stiff!. melt choc and carefeully fold into whipped cream until smooth!. cover biscuit base with choc cream + chill in fridge until set!. this will take a few hours and can be left overnight!.
3!.decorate with strawberries, raspberries or chocolate shavings!. or all 3!!!

Banana bread!.
8oz sr flour
4oz butter creamed together,
1 large egg, crack egg in mixing bowl and whisk, after creaming butter and flour gradually add egg little by little so it will not curdle, then add 30z of sugar, i use (canderel) fold all the mixture in!.
add 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk stir in gently!.
chop 1 or 2 banana's fold in, put mixture in a loaf tin and bake in the centre of an over gas mark 7 for around 20 to 30 minuets!.
check the cake after 20 minuets with a needle ect in the centre, if it comes out clean its ready, transfer onto a wire tray to cool!.
you can whip up some fresh cream single or double but not necessary the banana bread is moist on it's own!.

Prep Time: 3 hours, 20 minutes
Ingredients:
20 ice cream sandwiches (regular, strawberry or neopolitan)
1 12 oz!. jar hot fudge sauce
1 8 oz!. container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
red, white and blue sprinkles
Preparation:
Cut one ice cream sandwich in half!. Place one whole ice cream sandwich and one half of an ice cream sandwich side by side across the short end of a 9 x 13 pan!.
Next to those ice cream sandwiches, arrange 8 more ice cream sandwiches lengthwise, to cover the bottom of the pan!.
Place hot fudge sauce in a microwave-safe container!. Heat on high for 30 seconds!. Spread half of the sauce over the ice cream sandwiches!.
Top with half of the whipped topping!.
Repeat layers: ice cream sandwiches, hot fudge sauce and whipped topping!. Scatter sprinkles over top!.
Freeze, uncovered 2 hours!. Cover with foil and freeze another hour!.
Makes 24-36 servings!.

FIRST LAYER: Mix 1 stick butter, melted, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups graham cracker crumbs!. press into a 10x10 inch buttered pan!.
SECOND LAYER: Beat together 2 egg whites, 1 stick melted butter and 2 cups powdered sugar for a full 10 minutes on high speed!. While this is beating, drain a large can of crushed pineapple thoroughly!. Stir into egg white mixture after the 10 minutes of beating!. Pour this over the graham cracker layer!.
THIRD LAYER: Split 4 or 5 large bananas lengthwise and then in 3 pieces each!. Cover the cake completely with the bananas!. Spread with whipped cream or topping!. Sprinkle with flaked coconut or chopped nuts!. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving!. Store in a covered pan in the refrigerator!.
