Answers:
Gut the fish and wash it!.
Leave the head, tail and scales on!.
Fill it with lemon rind, butter and potato chunks!.
Salt to taste!.
Wrap it in foil and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 min!.
If you prefer, you can do the same but cook it on an open BBQ grill also, turning it every 15 minutes!.

Easy Parmesan Crusted Fish

2 white fish fillets, (4 oz!. each) such as talapia, scrod or halibut
2 Tbsp!. Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4 tsp!. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
1/2 lb!. green beans,
trimmed (2 cups)
1 small lemon, cut into 4 wedges
2 whole grain rolls

PREHEAT broiler!. Place fish on rack of broiler pan!. Spread fish evenly with mayo; top with Parmesan cheese!.

BROIL 5 to 6 inches from heat source, 6 to 8 min!. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork, depending on thickness of fish!. (If your broiler does not allow you to position fish 5 to 6 inches from heat source, follow Baking Directions below!.)

MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package!. Cook green beans!. Serve fish with stuffing, green beans, lemon wedges and whole grain roll!.

Baking DirectionsPreheat oven to 475°F!. Line baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray!. Place fish in pan; top as directed!. Bake 5 to 7 min!. or until fish is flakes easily with fork!. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired!.

Wash and clean out!. Roll out enough tin foil to make a pouch!. You may have to roll out tow sheets, put them side by side and fold about an inch on each (long) side together to make a larger sheet!. Salt and drizzle some olive oil on the fish!. Close the pouch - Note do not wrap the fish - you have to leave room inside for vapor to form and so make like a pouch!. Bake in hot oven for allotted time!.
- You leave the scales on fish only if you are going to BBQ it!.
- Do not bake your fish with lemon slices because the bitterness from the peel with impart a bad taste!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
