Question: How To Make Protein Shake Tastier!?
I take a scoop of casein protein at night!. Casein is different from whey, and it tastes basically like ground up chalk!. I have to take a scoop of it, and it tastes horrible just mixed with water!. How can I make a tasty protein shake with a scoop of casein!? Any ingredients are fine, preferably healthy ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well i suggest cottage cheese but idk idf u like that or not i didnt like it my first time i thought itwas appauling but igot used to it fairly quick!.!.!.but to make a good casien shake before bed it's gonna have more cals oviously
1 scoop casein
1tbsp natural PB
8oz Milk
1c strawberries or rasberries basically any low cal low carb fruit or u could use a sliced apple
the carbs aint gonna kill u cuz it's like 20-25g total
and im sure it will taste better

Protein shakes can be made tastier by adding ice or different flavours of smoothies!. Milk can also be added to the powder instead of water!. In this way it increases growth rate as protein supplied to the body also increases!. However sometimes it can be harmful as well as they can result in stomachaches!.
