Cook the pasta al e dente to start with!. After draining I put it back in the hot pot I cooked it in!. The heat from the pan helps evaporate any water!. also, add salt to the water and stir well to separate the spaghetti!. Works for me!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook the sauce, and set it aside on a burner set to warm!. Now cook the spaghetti!. Make sure that you don't overcook the spaghetti (follow the package directions)!. Remove the spaghetti from the water using a fork or something with tines!. Place it immediately into the warm sauce!.

First of all, don't rinse it!. Just dump it in a colandar!. Your problem is that you're waiting to long to put the sauce on and mix!. Ya gotta be quick about it or it WILL dry and stick together!.
Have serving bowl and sauce waiting and ready before spaghetti is finished!. More than 30 seconds and you're taking a chance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
