How do you make flour butter crust?!

Question: How do you make flour butter crust!?
I have a recipe for flour butter crust, and it calls for 2/3 of a cube of margarine, and 2 cups of flour!. I chopped the mix together, but it came out powdery!. Is that normal!? Do you have a better way!? Thank you for your advice;o)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
That's fine, it'll be powdery!. You just need to be able to compress it into a pie pan and bake it before putting in the topping!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
