What is your favorite ground pork recipe?!


Question: What is your favorite ground pork recipe!?
I bought some for the first time in ages and would like to know some different ways to fix it!. (I've already googled it and come up with some good ideas but I want to know YOUR favorite recipe!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

And i just made this a few days ago and it was absolutely delicious !! You gotta try it!
I used ground pork, instead of ground beef!.

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 cup chili powder

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet!. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown!. Drain, and crumble!.
In a large pot over high heat combine the ground beef, tomato juice, tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, onions, bell pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar, oregano, ground black pepper, salt, cumin and chili powder!. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low!. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours!. (Note: If using a slow cooker, set on low, add ingredients, and cook for 8 to 10 hours!.)

Brown the pork in a skillet with ample butter!. Add 1/2 cup diced green pepper, 1 chopped onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic!. Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of chicken stock or water!. Put the lid on, bring to a boil, then turn heat to low for 15 minutes!. Then turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes!. Stir and enjoy

Meatballs:- Curried
1 lb!. ground pork
2 tsp!. curry powder
1/2 c!. butter
Freshly ground black pepper
1 c!. stuffing mix
Salt to season to taste
Mix pork, curry powder, stuffing mix, salt and pepper together!. Shape into 32 small balls and sauté in butter over high heat for 5 minutes until brown

brown pork, season with sazon, adobo, garlic, onion, chopped green olives, little tomato sauce then cool and fill the empanada shell ( i buy goya frozen ones) shape like a half moon, seal edges with a fork and deep fry them

While that's simmering, prepare Mac and cheese!.
Once the Mac & Ch!. is done, pour it into a baking dish!.
Drain the pork mixture, and pour the ground pork mixture on top of the mac & ch!. Top w/ shredded mozz!. cheese and place in the oven @ 375deg!. until the mozz!. ch!. is melted or golden brown!. Top w/ warm crumbled bacon bits & serve w/ a topping of sour cream!. mmmmmmmm

My favorite is a meatloaf that involves 2 lbs!. of ground beef and 1 lb!. of ground pork!. The other ingredients are pretty standard, except that I like to insert a layer of cheese in the middle of the thing!. It's a big favorite here!.

I used to also put a layer of canned spinach along with the cheese!. Loved it, but the rest of my family went on strike!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
