Answers:
I've made a really good chili with bear meat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've had other game meat, but not bear!. I usually cook it with lard, to be honest!. I've had deer, elk, antelope, buffalo and elk!. They could taste gamey, if not cooked properly!. When cook right - absolutely delicious!.

I looked up a couple of links that sounded good, so hope they help you out!. Some call for sliced meat, but no reason you can't substitute your ground meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Never had it but can only imagine that it is rather good!. I would make chile with the meat or meatloaf!. Meatballs would be good!. Tacos or sloppy joes would be great as well!. I think you can make most anything with it!. Might require a bit more seasoning then regular ground beef!. Use lots of onions and garlic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A strong casserole or chile will hide the fact that you are not eating beef!. I had deer venison once, and it was really very lean and tasty, but we are used to the taste of beef, pork or chicken!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

make a lasagna!.!.!.add ground beef as well as bear is quite dry as is all wild game!. If you don't like lasagna, and recipe where beef is used, substitute half and half bear and veal Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this website!. They have different recipes for bear meat!.

I'd be afraid to try it! Chili would probably have enough strong flavors to cover up any gaminess the bear meat would have!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've had it in stew - it was delicious!. It tasted like beef stew - carrots, potatoes, etc!., but with bear meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've tried bear meat and did not like it!. Try it as a burger first to see if you do like it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ihave heard it is good so I would do meatball and spaghetti!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
