Get yourself a big wide silver bowl, like the ones restaurant kitchens have, and put your veggies into the bowl!. Drizzle some Olive oil over them and toss or put your hands in and mix them all together to distribute all the oil over them!. Then shake your favorite seasoning over them, such as salt 'n pepper!. Then toss again to distribute the seasoning evenly over the veggies!. Now put your veggies on the tray or pan, cooky sheet, and roast in a very hot oven for about 20 minutes!. Oven temp!. could be 375° or up to 450° depending on the heat of your oven!. After 15 minutes, you might want to take the tray out of the oven and give the veggies a stir, then put back into the oven for another 5 minutes or so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
For a crisp crust, you should try brushing them first with either olive or canola oil!. This has always worked for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
