Answers:
Melt all your pure chocolates (kisses, Hershey bars, etc) with JUST enough milk to make a ganache!. Make sure you microwave in small increments and stir often or melt over a hot bowl of water, just be sure not to get any water in the chocolate!. Then use it like frosting and it will be FABULOUS and extravegant (most people don't use real chocolate to frost, but if you have a lot on hand, it will be glorious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put two cups of granulated - table - sugar in your blender!. Pulse it on the highest speed!. You will make your own confectioners' or powdered sugar!. Take it out of the blender!. To that add about 1/4 stick of butter!. Use the mixer and blend this til it is a nice consistency!. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla!. You are ready to frost!. If it is a little "liquidy", whip up some more sugar and thicken it with your homemade confectioners sugar until it reaches the thickness that you want!. If you need to add a bit more butter to make it look and act the way you expect, add just a tablespoon of butter!. It is okay if you add the homemade powdered sugar or butter in little doses until you get what you want!. Put a generous amount of frosting on each cupcake and sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles!. Or sprinkle (or not) and top with a little bit of candy corn or those pumpkins!. A chocolate kiss would be nice too!.

Don't worry, they will be great! This actually tastes better than the ones in the can!. also, if you don't have butter, then margarine will do!. If you don't have vanilla, use almond extract!. You are NOT stupid, and the people who write that are pretty arrogant!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
