Airing cupboard, if you have one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I agree with Alice!. The Meringue mixture will NOT dry out!. It'll cook the egg and turn more into Instant Pudding! It wouldn't taste like it though :\
Microwaves cook things from the inside out, whereas Ovens do the opposite!. I wouldn't reccomend using the Microwave!
When you dry out Meringues, you should have them in the oven for 1 - 2 hours on a very low temperature!. Microwaves cannot be programmed to cook like an oven!.
Meringues have egg whites, and egg whites should be refrigerated!. Putting the mixture in the fridge will make the fluffy egg whites flop!. [Usually the recipe asks for room temp!. egg whites so they fluff up easier!]!.
You'll need to get them into an oven and FAST! Can you come to a compromise with some friendy neighbors!? [You borrow their oven, and when you're done you can share the Meringues!]!.

I wouldn't try the microwave- it will make it go like a souflee and you should put it in the oven right away because otherwise the air that you whipped in will escape and the meringue will go heavy and stodgy!.

you'll just have to do your baking someplace else- meringues won't wait!. You can make them a day ahead of time if you seal them up in a tight dry box, but any longer and they will start to get stickyWww@FoodAQ@Com
If you can plan to bake the meringues last!. A microwave just won't cut it!. If the product contains egg white it should be stored in the fridge until you are ready to bake it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
