Veggie Pizza Bites
1-2 packages of pilsbury dough crescants
1 8oz package of plain cream cheese
1 bag of your favorite cheese
1/2 bag of baby carrots
1 bunch of broccli
1 bunch of cauliflower
1 package of ranch!.!.!.not the bottle kind
You get the pilsbury dough crescants!. Lay it out on the pan and push together the seams to avoid breakage!. Then bake that until it is golden brown!.
Then prepare the ranch dressing!.!.!.so use 1 package of the ranch, 1 block of cream cheese, and some milk!. Mix that together and then set in refridgerator so it can set up!.
Next in a food blender mix broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower!.
Once the dough is golden brown let it cool for a good 15-20mins!.
After that apply the ranch dressing over the dough!. Next sprinkle the cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots!. Then sprinkle with your favorite cheese!.
All you have to do is put it in the fridge until you are ready to serve!.

12 large fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 slice bread, toasted and cut into small cubes
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1 dash paprika
grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside!. Finely chop stems; measure 1/2 cup (discard any remaining stems or save for another use)!. In a skillet, saute chopped mushrooms, onion and green pepper in butter until vegetables are tender and mushroom liquid has evaporated!.
Add toast cubes, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, thyme and paprika; mix well!. Stuff into mushroom caps!. Place on greased baking sheets!. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated through!. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese!.

Remove from the heat; stir in bread crumbs, soup mix and almonds!. Stuff firmly into mushroom caps!. Place in a greased 15-in!. x 1-in!. x 1-in!. baking pan; sprinkle with cheese!. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until tender!.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic or garlic powder
4 slices bread
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Red pepper, optional

Mix pesto, salt and garlic in a bowl!. Spread mixture over bread!. Sprinkle cheese over bread!. Add red pepper if you want to spice it up!. Put in oven or toaster oven for 6 minutes at 250 degrees!. Remove and cut into squares of 4 for a tasty appetizer!.

a few drops of Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
